God is way Awesome. When He wills it. Surely, It. Will. Happen. I can't tell how things were orchestrated together. But really it was great.
So I was busy all-half-day ( I always wake up at past 10 am, so that leaves almost half the day trashed) I was out then got home, covered my books with adhesive book covers. Then checked my twitter account at late 4 o'clock.
And that was one of the great piece of a puzzle. It wasn't expected. Michael, mentioned me and others, my 4th year closest friends, for us to go out and see a movie. I had a trip tomorrow but I sensed it will be canceled (another, but sad, story). So I had to confirm it first with them then asked my father if I could and he was like, "May pera ka ba, kung meron edi sige." So that. He didn't gave me a cent to tell you.
I was panicky. Met them in the SM Megamall's foodcourt. We we're only 6, counting me in. Sadly as in sadly, 3 other superfriends couldn't join that very unexpected get-together.
We planned to eat first but the 2nd to the last showing was at 8:45 (we can't do 10 pm) So they just bought popcorns to compromise our hungry stomachs.
Since Avengers wasn't yet on showing, The Lucky One was too sissy to watch in theaters- we settled in for Battleship. I haven't seen the trailer so I have no idea except for the game that I know, with two players guessing where the ship of the other was.
But, heavens that was heck of a movie. It was breathtaking for me. Really. There were parts (almost all) where all I did was hold my breath then see what will happen next. There were aliens too. And can the coolness of the movie get any cooler because Rihanna was there? Sweet.
All the stores were closed so Michael suggested Metrowalk. Also: it was the only place he knows how to expertly navigate in the area. It was near Megamall but we ended up having a roadtrip at 10:30 PM. We can't help but laugh at ourselves for getting lost in a place where wegrew up in, pass by all the time. We even thought of going to Eastwood then experiencing an almost accident with another car. That car ride was cheesy: Michael was driving! And we we're talking earlier like, what if we die on the spot. And hugging each other at the back because we really missed each other.
We got milktea-sick though in Metrowalk while some took in shawarma. Then another puzzle was pieced. The unplanded-ness of the day was getting more unplanned. They want to have an overnight over Michael's house. Whoa. I was again, panicky. I betted on that hard. Really. I even lied not only once via text message.
Michael's house was too big for him since his parents are out again for a long time. Sad bro. And we tried to fill that in even shortly. We did not have new DVDs to watch bcos stores are already closed. They watched AI and other no goody shows for me. Then we stayed up all night talking, laughing, bashing, revealing sneaky stories and catching up. Everything else is history. (I redacted my mom calling at 1AM angry then I let Arma handle it. I was really sorry though. And the noodle overload)
At late 5 AM (Yes, morning) We decided to sleep. Since, they pitied me for being so hopeless trying to sleep because I do not stay up that long. I am redacting this again because it is mostly me still not getting any sleep, and telling my gall bladder to hold my pee back and not to blast because the AC was too cold. I hate bothering to wake up the sleepyheads.
I had to wait until 8:30 AM before I could go to the comfort room. Epic.
I, also them, appreciated the sun and its sunshine. Like people trapped in a cave seeing the light for the first time. Lol! Perks of sleeping-waking up late in summer. Ate mcdo (delivery) because kfc also wakes up late. Since the host was very lazy to make a good breakfast for us, kidding :D I was a BIG KJ, kill-joy, at the end of our chit chats because my mother was texting me to go home already.
That was a sad ending. Because they say, all good things need to end. It was infinite. Everything was infinite. Yet it was a small infinity <3
